She was rescued by her owner in such an appalling state the vet predicted that she would not make it through the night. Luckily with love and care she pulled through. She was also found to be carrying a foal, Chance, who arrived the following spring.

After an unsuccessful time in a loan home, Peaches and Chance came to equineEARTH.Both mother and son gained weight and were thriving, but Chance became sick one day and despite visits by two vets he passed away by teatime the same day. He was a very loved and popular therapist in his short life.

Peaches has gained weight now, but needs ongoing treatment for conjunctivitis and sweet itch.
